What we offer
We transport puppies and kittens, cats and dogs all over the UK and the Isle of Man. If you are a breeder or somebody who does not enjoy driving long distances, please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and request a no obligation quote.
Our commitment to you and your pet doesn’t simply stop once you’ve booked with us. We understand you will worry about your pet or new friend when they’re on their journey, which is why you can call us at ANY TIME during the trip.
Upon collecting your pet, we will report to you ASAP - we may be collecting from a breeder or from the airport, but we understand that you will be nervous or worried about your pet and will want updates along the way!
We are also happy to pick up your new puppy or kitten. If you feel the distance is too far for them to travel in one day, we would be happy to bring your new pet into our home for the night and then carry on the trip to you the next day.
This service is usually very convenient for customers buying pets from Scotland or Northern England to be delivered to London.
Moving house? We can provide the best pet moving service for your family pet as you relocate!
Our collection and delivery service is also easy and convenient for:
• Transportation of stud animals
• Transporting animals for breeders or buyers
• Transporting show animals
With years of experience in pet transportation for short- and long-range journeys, we will make sure that your pet’s every need will be met with kindness and care while taken to your new home.
We stop for regular pee stops for dogs in transit. We also find that our older customers are grateful to get out and stretch their legs after 1 or 2 hours!
We promise to contact you with regular updates of your pet’s progress and endeavour to make the Prestige transport service as stress free as possible for you and your pet.
We also provide a range of pet transportation and collection services for UK airports. We are based 25 minutes away from Manchester Airport and regularly work with Pets On Jets, a company that acts as your pet’s gateway through the airport.
Based in or near London? We can also collect your pet from Heathrow or Gatwick and deliver your pet to anywhere in the UK.

About our vehicles
We use a 2.2 Ford Transit Custom van and a large fully air-conditioned Ford Tourneo Connect car to carry out our journeys.
We have large, safe cages and small comfy cosy crates, which are all removed and cleaned after every journey, so you can be confident your pet will arrive at his or her destination clean, fresh and happy.
All bedding is provided free of charge.

any animal courier, be aware of the following:
Here at Prestige, we pick up your pet and deliver it – we never subcontract for any job!
Did you know some animal couriers may subcontract your pet’s journey to other couriers without informing you? This could add extra time and stress onto your pet’s journey, and you never know who is actually driving your pet round.
Here are some important questions to ask when booking an animal courier:
- Are my animals insured in your vehicle?
- Are you going to have regular stops to allow my pet to stretch his or her legs?
- How many other animals will you be transporting at the same time?
- Have you got a DEFRA licence, if so can I see it?
- Have you any references from past clients, do you mind if contact them?
